Chavez General Construction started in California around 2008 with one crew, one truck, and a phone that rang at all hours. Cesar Niz built the company on a simple idea. Show up on time, do the work right, and the next job comes from referrals.

Eighteen years later the crew is bigger, the trucks are newer, and the service map covers Pasadena, Monrovia, Arcadia, Alhambra, Santa Monica, Long Beach, Malibu, Los Angeles, Calabasas, and Manhattan Beach. Same family run shop. Same phone gets answered every time.
